Tensions flared during the demonstration when Department of State Services (DSS) officials attempted to restrict the crowd’s actions. A major point of contention arose when security operatives reportedly ordered demonstrators to stop documenting the event.
“How can the DSS tell us not to record them?” an outraged protester shouted, directly confronting the officers.
